Getting started
How do Focus sessions work?
Open Focus just after Sleep Sounds in the sections menu. Focus is an optional StuffHub Pro tool for offline focus sessions with an animated illustrated cat, configurable durations and local session history. Sessions cannot be paused. To cancel, hold the cancel control continuously for five seconds; releasing early does not cancel the session. Focus is a voluntary timer, not an app-blocking or device-restriction service. No StuffHub account is required.
What can I do with StuffHub?
StuffHub brings everyday tools into one place, from tasks, calendars and countdowns to creative tools and personal trackers. Open the sections menu in the app to find a tool, or use Search Sections to jump straight to it.
How do I personalise my Home screen?
Tap Edit on StuffHub’s Home screen to arrange your cards. Use Add to choose more sections. Supported cards also offer size options when you touch and hold them.
Which sections are free?
Sleep Sounds, To-Do, HealthHub, Water Tracker, Toolbox, Calendar and Countdown are the free sections. Other sections are part of the premium subscription. Review the access and price shown in the app before purchasing.

Subscriptions & billing
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Apple manages subscriptions purchased through the App Store. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and select StuffHub. You can review your renewal date or cancel there. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
Open Apple subscriptionsI paid, but premium access is missing. What should I do?
Check that you are signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. If Restore Purchases is available on the purchase screen, use it. If access is still missing, contact support with the purchase date and Apple transaction reference. Do not send your password or payment-card details.
Can I request a refund?
Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases. Sign in to Apple’s Report a Problem website, select the purchase and follow the instructions. Apple determines eligibility; StuffHub support cannot approve a refund on Apple’s behalf.
Request a refund from AppleHow do free trials and renewal prices work?
If an introductory offer is available and you are eligible, Apple’s purchase confirmation shows the trial duration, renewal price and billing period before you subscribe. Manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple Account. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple.

Widgets & daily tools
Why does my widget show a Pro lock?
All StuffHub iOS Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets require an active StuffHub Pro subscription, including widgets for sections that are free inside the app. Tap the locked widget to view the upgrade page. After subscribing or restoring an active purchase, widgets refresh with your content when iOS processes the update. The seven free in-app sections remain free.
How do I add a StuffHub widget?
Touch and hold an empty area on your iPhone Home Screen, choose Edit, then Add Widget. Search for StuffHub or the section name and select an available size. Some widgets have options under Edit Widget when you touch and hold them. Available widgets and sizes vary by section and device.
Why has a widget not refreshed yet?
iOS controls when widgets redraw and limits background work. Open the related section to check its saved data. If the widget remains out of date, confirm you have the latest app version and contact support with the widget name, size and the steps that caused the mismatch. Avoid deleting the app to troubleshoot.
A reminder did not arrive. What can I check?
In iPhone Settings, open Notifications, select StuffHub and check that notifications are allowed. Also check Focus and Scheduled Summary. Then review the reminder’s date, time and enabled state inside the relevant section. Location-based reminders also depend on location permissions and system background availability.
Why are Weather or News not loading?
Live Weather and News need an internet connection and depend on their data providers. Check your connection, then refresh the relevant section. Weather also needs location access for your current city, or a city selected manually. If the issue continues, send support the section name and the time it happened.

Games & nearby play
How do I play and customize Birdyzelo?
Open Games → Birdyzelo. Tap to flap and pass between the pipes. Use the sliders button to choose Day or Night, bird and pipe colors, difficulty, sound effects and haptics. Each difficulty has a separate personal best saved on your device. Gameplay pauses when the app becomes inactive; tap Continue when ready. Birdyzelo is an original StuffHub offline single-player game and requires Pro. No gaming account, internet connection or online leaderboard is used.
Where do I find Wordzelo and the board games?
Open Games from the sections menu. Wordzelo is now inside Games alongside Chess, Backgammon, Checkers and Solitaire. Games is part of StuffHub Pro. Existing Wordzelo rounds and settings remain available.
How do I host or join a nearby game?
Open Wordzelo, Chess, Checkers or Backgammon and choose Nearby Play. Set your player name. One person chooses Start a new session; the others choose Join Nearby Game and select that name. Allow Local Network access and keep Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled. Chess, Checkers and Backgammon support two nearby players; Wordzelo supports up to eight. No gaming account or internet matchmaking service is required.
What happens if a player disconnects?
The app shows a session notice when it detects a participant leaving or losing the connection. Keep both apps open while playing; iOS suspension and connectivity changes can interrupt a session. Board games end a disconnected match rather than silently continuing out of sync. Start or join a new session if needed.
Can I change board colors or save a Solitaire game?
Use the palette button in Chess, Checkers, Backgammon or Solitaire to choose a board color. Each game remembers its palette. Solitaire saves and statistics are stored on the device; there is no gaming-provider cloud sync or account sign-in. Use the native New Game and Undo controls where available.

Data & iCloud
Where are my Notes saved, and how do I sync them?
Notes is a Pro section and saves on your device by default. In Notes, open Paper & type and enable Sync notes with iCloud to use your own Apple iCloud Drive account. This is separate from iCloud Backup in the main Settings. Check available iCloud storage and sync status before changing devices. Conflicting edits may create recovered copies; keep independent exports of important work.
How do I recover, export or remove a note?
Open All notes and its menu to view Recently deleted. Tap the glass Restore button beside a note to recover it. Recently deleted has no automatic expiry. To clear it, use the trash button at the top left and confirm Delete all recently deleted notes. This removes the deleted notes’ content and attachments from current app records and cannot be undone through Recently deleted; active notes are not affected. Minimal deletion metadata remains to prevent old synchronized copies returning. Changes reach your other devices when Notes sync successfully completes. Existing backups, exports, shared copies and previous cloud file versions must be managed separately. Use a note’s actions to export TXT or share a PDF or picture. TXT includes typed text and checklist states, not embedded photos or handwriting. Reset App clears local Notes data and disables Notes sync, but cloud documents, backups and exported copies remain and must be managed separately. Turning sync off or ending Pro does not automatically delete stored copies.
How do I enable iCloud Backup?
Open StuffHub Settings and look for iCloud Backup. Sign in to iCloud on your device, check that iCloud Drive is enabled and review the backup options in StuffHub. A backup is only available if it was successfully created; check its status before changing devices.
What should I do before changing phones?
Check the latest successful backup in StuffHub, keep the old phone until you have verified your data on the new one, and use the same Apple Account where appropriate. Export important files separately when a section offers export. Keep a separate copy of irreplaceable documents and photos.
Should I reinstall the app to fix a problem?
Please contact support first if you have important data. Deleting StuffHub may remove data stored only on that device. Confirm that you have a successful backup or an export before deleting the app.
Your choices come first
Privacy & permissions
Where can I read the Privacy Policy?
The Privacy Policy explains information use, online services and your choices. You can read it here, or offline inside StuffHub under Settings → Help → Privacy Information.
Read the Privacy PolicyHow do I change access to photos, the microphone or location?
Open iPhone Settings, select Apps, then StuffHub to review available permissions. Some controls are also listed under Privacy & Security. A feature that needs a permission may be unavailable while that permission is turned off.
How do I manage Apple Health access?
In Apple’s Health app, open your profile and look for Apps or Apps and Services under Privacy, then select StuffHub. You control which supported data types the app can access. HealthHub is for general wellness and is not a replacement for medical advice or emergency care.

Troubleshooting
What should I do if the app freezes or closes?
Reopen StuffHub and check for an update in the App Store. If the problem repeats, note the section, the action you took and whether it happens every time. Send those details to support along with your device model, iOS version and app version.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Email support with a short description and the section name. For a bug, include the steps to reproduce it and what you expected to happen. A screenshot or screen recording can help, but please hide private information first.
A little more possibility
What is new in 1.1?
What is included in the 1.1 update?
Meet Focus, a Pro focus timer with an interactive illustrated cat, scenes, timer styles, cat colors, purring, meows and local session history. The update also brings iPad layouts, English/French/Spanish/Arabic interface choices, per-service subscription spending, account-free local games and refinements to Notes, Home cards and subscription management. Online content and third-party material may remain in their source language.
Where are the Focus controls and completion sound?
Duration and Make it yours sit together beneath the Home controls. Make it yours previews Classic, Orbit or Quiet Halo beside kitty and lets you choose a sitting or curled pose, colors, purring and meows. Session chime is in Focus duration. Choose the completion recording in Settings → General → Notifications → Notification Sounds → Focus. Today’s focus shows completed minutes and saved sessions; delete one or all without stopping the active timer. Sessions cannot be paused; hold to stop continuously for five seconds.
How do I view spending for one subscription?
In Subscriptions, use the spending-history button next to Home and choose a service. Its total is calculated from your saved service records and billing dates, not bank transactions. Check the start date, amount and billing cycle if a total looks wrong.
How do I redeem a code or receive complimentary Pro?
Use Redeem Code on the Pro purchase screen or the Apple redemption link supplied with your offer. Apple controls eligibility and may request Apple Account or payment verification. Read the free period and renewal terms before confirming. After redemption or a developer grant, reopen StuffHub with an internet connection so it can refresh access; use Restore Purchases for an Apple purchase that is still missing. Do not send passwords, unused codes or card numbers to support.
Why is a permission already allowed, or an arrival greeting delayed?
Onboarding displays the permission status reported by iOS; it cannot undo a grant you gave earlier. Manage access in system Settings. HealthHub reads permitted available data after authorization; Apple does not tell apps whether every Health read permission was denied. While Using location can update greetings while the app can run, but reconnecting to the internet does not guarantee background execution. Background arrival detection requires the optional appropriate location permission and remains system-controlled.
Can I use an empty Home screen and change the app language?
Yes. Remove every Home card without deleting the section data, then use Edit → Add to add cards again. Choose the interface language in Settings → General → App Language. English, French, Spanish and Arabic are available; Arabic uses right-to-left layout. iPad layouts adapt to portrait and landscape. Permissions and Pro access rules still apply.
Coming in StuffHub 1.2
Support ID & your Home
What is coming in StuffHub 1.2?
StuffHub 1.2 is forthcoming and not yet released. The current release is 1.1 (build 8); the following 1.2 changes are not available in that release. Copy Support ID sits to the right of Redeem Code on the purchase screen and in Settings → StuffHub Pro, for free and Pro users. New installations start with To-Do, Countdown and Weather, with Weather locked unless Pro is active. Existing Home layouts, including an intentionally empty Home, stay unchanged. A refined empty Home keeps room for your own cards. The native draggable purchase drawer keeps the purchase button and price visible, with details and actions available by pulling it up.
How do I find my Support ID?
StuffHub 1.2 is forthcoming and not yet released. The current release is 1.1 (build 8); the following 1.2 changes are not available in that release. The next app update adds Copy Support ID beside Redeem Code in Settings → StuffHub Pro and on the purchase screen. It works for free and Pro users and copies your current RevenueCat App User ID, not an Apple Account ID. Older versions may not have the button yet. Send the copied ID privately to support when requested; copying alone sends no message and starts no purchase.
Why can my Support ID change?
StuffHub 1.2 is forthcoming and not yet released. The current release is 1.1 (build 8); the following 1.2 changes are not available in that release. StuffHub uses RevenueCat’s anonymous identity. Reinstalling can generate a different ID. Copy it from the device and installation that needs help, and avoid posting it publicly. A Support ID is not a password, a redeemable code or a guarantee of gifted access.
What if Copy Support ID is unavailable?
StuffHub 1.2 is forthcoming and not yet released. The current release is 1.1 (build 8); the following 1.2 changes are not available in that release. If your version has no button, update when the new version is available. If it is disabled, subscription support information is not initialized; reopen the app and contact support if the problem persists. Do not reinstall solely to retrieve the ID. Existing Apple purchases may also be located using an Apple Order ID; never send your Apple Account password.
Which Home cards appear on a new installation?
StuffHub 1.2 is forthcoming and not yet released. The current release is 1.1 (build 8); the following 1.2 changes are not available in that release. The next update starts new installations with To-Do, Countdown and Weather. Weather shows a Pro lock unless access is active. Existing users keep their saved layouts. Edit → Add lets you add more cards; removing every card leaves a centered message without deleting your section data.
How will the 1.2 purchase drawer work?
StuffHub 1.2 is forthcoming and not yet released. The current release is 1.1 (build 8); the following 1.2 changes are not available in that release. The native drawer can be dragged up to reveal purchase details and actions while the purchase button and price remain visible. Moving the drawer, copying a Support ID or viewing details does not itself buy Pro or change your subscription. Review the selected offer and Apple’s confirmation before authorizing a purchase.
